Tackling climate change

Climate change affects us all. That's why we believe we should all be part of the solution.

What we do

As CITIJUNK has grown, we've been managing and minimising our environmental impact in three distinct ways:

Recycling

Every year we learn how to recycle and divert more waste from landfill. Our approved recycling partners work with us to ensure that our recycling rates do not fall below 80%.

Innovating

We invest in clean technologies. We promise that all new, purpose-built trucks use the ECO-start system which not only reduces fuel consumption by as much as 10%, it cuts vehicle emissions too.

Offsetting

We've teamed up with climate care to offset any remaining greenhouse gas emissions. By funding projects that make real reductions in CO2 and
benefit local communities around the world, we aim to become climate
neutral.

What you can do
