CITIJUNK's booking centre is open between 6am and 9pm, 7 days a week
Our rubbish clearance crews collect junk, general rubbish and waste in handy two-hour timeslots between 7am and 9pm Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm Saturday-Sunday

In most cases, we charge by volume - Minimum load of 1 or 2 small items £50 inc VAT - Half load £165 inc VAT - Full load £280 inc VAT. You will only be charged by weight for really heavy materials such as concrete, soil and rubble
Our truck containers are roomy at 16.4 cubic yards and bigger than those of our closest competitors. They are also almost three times the size of a domestic skip, yet you only pay for the amount of junk, general rubbish or waste we take away. Neither do we pass on any parking or congestion fees
We do our very best to offer guidance on likely prices over the phone. However, we can only confirm exact costs when we see what junk there is to take away. Should you choose not to accept our offer, you are entirely free to cancel the transaction
Our highly trained truck teams are licensed and insured - we carry I.D. and waste carriers cards and take care of all paperwork
For large, complex jobs such as site clearance we quote on a case-by-case basis
For health and safety reasons, we do not currently handle hazardous substances such as asbestos and clinical and chemical waste
When you select and book a timeslot, you are reserving a truck and crew exclusively for your use. So please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of any booking to avoid incurring a £25.00 cancellation fee

Government regulations mean that we - together with other licensed waste carriers - are forced to pay extra fees to dispose of certain items such as domestic and commercial refrigerators, televisions and computer monitors
Unfortunately, we must pass on these charges, but will always make you aware of them before beginning to clear away your junk

We ask for payment at the time of collection
You can pay by debit or credit card - or by cheque, provided it's accompanied by a cheque guarantee card
